Ηλικίας 4 έως 18 ετών το 27% των ασθενών με Covid την εβδομάδα 4-10 Οκτωβρίου
Travelers in cars and buses from all over Europe but mostly from Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic and Poland arrive at the Greek Bulgarian borders of Promahonas - Kulata, entering point in Greece for holidays and they are checked for Coronavirus. Greece lifted the travel ban since July 1 and relaunched the tourism season. Arriving tourists should carry the special Passenger Locator Form for each individual, a new required document to enter Greece for all the arriving people and the increased Covid-19 Coronavirus tests that are applied to most of the arriving cars, based on a special algorithm. Greece increased the testing capacity with the health crew of the National Public Health Organization EODY at the land borders. Greece will allow the entrance only to passengers with up to 72 hours prior to the arrival Covid-19 test with negative results in English from a certified laboratory. In August 2020 Greece is starting implementing new protective measures like local lockdown, changing the maximum number of people together and the working hours of restaurants, bars, beach bar etc against the spread of the pandemic outbreak, as people relax and avoid the guidelines. Την εβδομάδα 4-10 Οκτωβρίου, το σύνολο των ασθενών με covid-19, ηλικίας 4-18 ετών, είναι 4.135, αποτελώντας το 27% (-3,57% από την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα) στο σύνολο των κρουσμάτων κορονοϊού.
Σύμφωνα με τον ΕΟΔΥ, την ίδια εβδομάδα το ποσοστό θετικότητας ήταν 1,17% σε σύνολο 1.303.844 εργαστηριακών ελέγχων (RT-PCR/Rapid-Ag) και 0,25% σε σύνολο 1.911.382 αυτοδιαγνωστικών ελέγχων. Στο σύνολο των ελέγχων, το ποσοστό θετικότητας ήταν 0,48%. Οι εισαγωγές νέων ασθενών ήταν 1.302, ενώ το σύνολο των εξιτηρίων λόγω ίασης ήταν 1.000. O λόγος εισαγωγών νέων ασθενών προς εξιτήρια λόγω ίασης ήταν 1.3.
