Με 90% “τρέχει” η πληρότητα στη Μύκονο

This neighborhood is replete with elegant and gorgeous old houses that are situated precariously on the edge of the Aegean Sea, colorful two-story Venetian style buildings with wooden balconies. These buildings now house trendy bars, restaurants, galleries and more but their exterior is still one of the most popular favorite sunset spots, the classic romantic Mykonos experience. The famous island in the Cyclades is nicknamed as The Island of the Winds with whitewashed traditional buildings like windmills or little church. Mykonos is popular island for celebrities and tourists who want to party in the vibrant nightlife, the island is also considered gay friendly. Greek government relaunched the summer tourist season, by easing the traffic restrictions and travel ban measures, the lockdown and quarantine because of the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, but also testing the arriving passengers at the points of entry in the country. Το νησί έχει μέχρι στιγμής έχει δεχτεί 677.000 χιλιάδες επισκέπτες σε σχέση με τις 750.000 αεροπορικές αφίξεις του 2019.

Με πληρότητα στα καταλύματα έως και 90% «τρέχει» και τον Σεπτέμβριο η Μύκονος. Σε ό,τι αφορά τον Οκτώβριο, η εξέλιξη των αφίξεων συμβαδίζει με τον τερματισμό των αεροπορικών συνδέσεων από το εξωτερικό, αναφέρει, μεταξύ άλλων, ο Ανδρέας Φιορεντίνος, επικεφαλής θεματικού τομέα Τουρισμού της ΝΔ και πρώην πρόεδρος των ξενοδόχων στο νησί των ανέμων.

Δίνοντας το στίγμα του νησιού τη θερινή περίοδο, επεσήμανε στο ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ ότι ο Ιούλιος και ο Αύγουστος κινήθηκαν με πληρότητα 90% και εξέφρασε την άποψη ότι τα αποτελέσματα των αφίξεων θα είναι καλύτερα από το 2019.

Σχετικά με την κίνηση στο αεροδρόμιο του νησιού, τονίστηκε ότι μέχρι στιγμής έχει δεχτεί 677.000 χιλιάδες επισκέπτες σε σχέση με τις 750.000 αεροπορικές αφίξεις του 2019.

Στο μεταξύ υπολείπονται περίπου 1.000 πτήσεις ακόμη για την ολοκλήρωση της φετινής σαιζόν έως 31.10.2022, γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι θα επιτευχθούν οι αφίξεις του 2019. Παράλληλα, δια της θαλάσσιας οδού, έως και τον Αύγουστο, τη Μύκονο επισκέφτηκαν 493.895 επιβάτες.
