Αλέξανδρος Λαγάκος

Alex is the Chief Operating Officer of Blue Grid, the leading downstream LNG and clean fuels supplier in SE Europe, based in Greece.

In the past, he has held the positions of Freight Trader and Market Strategist (Thenamaris Ships Management), Lead Gas Analyst and Business Developer (Shell Energy Europe), Risk Analyst (Gazprom) and Energy Economics Consultant (Mott MacDonald).

Alex is a co-founder of the Greek Energy Forum and a member of the UN Gas Experts of United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). He holds an MEng in Electrical Engineering (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures (Imperial College London).
