Διανύουμε μια άκρως δύσκολη περίοδο λόγω της πανδημίας, όμως οι κορυφαίοι πάικτες του κόσμου συνεχίζουν να κερδίζουν πολλά εκατομμύρια.
Η τρέχουσα λίστα των ποδοσφαιριστών με τις υψηλότερες αμοιβές φαίνεται ελαφρώς διαφορετική φέτος, κυρίως λόγω των οικονομικών επιπτώσεων του COVID-19.
Συγκεκριμένα, η πανδημία είχε ως αποτέλεσμα σημαντικές μειώσεις μισθών σε πολλά ευρωπαϊκά κλαμπ καθώς και πτώση στις αγοραίες αξίες των παικτών. Ωστόσο, μια παγκόσμια οικονομική κρίση δεν θα μπορούσε να χτυπήσει τους δύο μεγαλύτερους παίκτες όλων των εποχών.
