Ποια κράτη έχουν γίνει οι «χωματερές» της Ευρώπης

Παρά τις προσπάθειες για πράσινη μετάβαση η Ευρώπη συνεχίζει να παράγει πολλούς τόνους σκουπιδιών.
Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση εξήγαγε 32,1 εκατομμύρια τόνους απορριμμάτων σε χώρες εκτός ΕΕ το 2022, σύμφωνα με τη Eurostat. Πρόκειται για μια ελαφρά μείωση από τους 33,0 εκατομμύρια τόνους εξαγωγών αποβλήτων σε αυτές τις χώρες το 2021, ωστόσο και πάλι ο όγκος σκουπιδιών παραμένει τεράστιος.
