Τις χρονιές 2020-2021, η παγκόσμια οικονομία γνώρισε μια από τις χειρότερες πτώσεις μετά από τη Μεγάλη Ύφεση. Ωστόσο, ενώ οι επιπτώσεις της πανδημίας έφεραν πολλές επιχειρήσεις στην καταστροφή, ορισμένες εταιρείες όχι μόνο κατάφεραν να παραμείνουν στη ζωή μέσα στο χάος – αλλά να αυξήσουν τα κέρδη τους.
Η συνολική αξία των 100 κορυφαίων brands του 2021 αυξήθηκε κατά 42%, φτάνοντας συνολικά τα 7 τρισεκατομμύρια δολάρια. Στη λίστα που ακολουθεί περιλαμβάνεται η κορυφαία δεκάδα των πολυτιμότερων brands για το 2021.

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd announced on Wednesday (19 September 2018) the establishment of a dedicated chip subsidiary that aims to create customized artificial intelligence chips and embedded processors to further support the tech giant's sprawling cloud and internet of things businesses.
