Η Έλενα Στάσση εντάχθηκε στο δυναμικό του Ομίλου Intrakat ως Chief Human Resources Officer, τον Δεκέμβριο του 2023. Ο Όμιλος Intrakat, μετά την εξαγορά της Άκτωρ, είναι ένας από τους μεγαλύτερους κατασκευαστικούς ομίλους στην Ν.Α. Ευρώπη, με 370 έργα σε εξέλιξη διεθνώς και ανθρώπινο δυναμικό άνω των 5.800 εργαζομένων.

Έχει την ευθύνη σχεδιασμού και εφαρμογής της στρατηγικής και των πολιτικών για το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό, καθώς και της ανάπτυξης και διαχείρισης έργων που υποστηρίζουν τον μετασχηματισμό του Ομίλου.

Διαθέτει εμπειρία 20 ετών στον τομέα του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και έχει εργαστεί σε διαφορετικούς κλάδους, όπως η Bιομηχανία και οι Τηλεπικοινωνίες, τόσο στην Ελλάδα, όσο και στο Εξωτερικό. Πριν την Intrakat έχει διατελέσει υψηλόβαθμο στέλεχος ανθρώπινου δυναμικού στον Όμιλο ΟΤΕ για 8 χρόνια, όπου κατείχε για ένα διάστημα ρόλο Vice President στη Γερμανία στην Κεντρική ομάδα του HR της Deutsche Telekom, μητρικής εταιρίας του Ομίλου. Προηγουμένως, εργάστηκε στην Lafarge Holcim για 13 χρόνια, τα 3 εκ των οποίων ήταν στο Κεντρικά γραφεία στη Γαλλία. Έχει εξειδίκευση σε έργα λειτουργικού μετασχηματισμού με εμπειρία στην Στελέχωση, Εκπαίδευση, Ανάπτυξη Ταλέντου, Αξιολόγηση Απόδοσης, Employer Value Proposition, Aνάπτυξη Ηγεσίας και Διαμόρφωσης Εργασιακού κλίματος και Κουλτούρας.

Eίναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Οργάνωσης & Διοίκησης του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου MBA από το ALBA και πιστοποιημένη Coach.

Elena Stassi – Chief Human Resources Officer Intrakat

Elena Stassi joined Intrakat Group as Chief Human Resources Officer in December 2023. Intrakat Group, following the acquisition of Aktor, is one of the largest construction groups in Southeast Europe, with 370 projects in progress worldwide and a workforce of more than 5,800 employees.

She is responsible for the design and implementation of HR strategy and policies, as well as the development and management of projects that support the transformation of the Group.

She has 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has worked in different sectors, such as Manufacturing and Telecommunications, both in Greece and abroad. Prior to Intrakat, she has been a senior HR executive at OTE Group for 8 years, where she also held the role of Vice President in Germany in the Central HR team of Deutsche Telekom, the Group’s parent company. Previously, she worked at Lafarge Holcim for 13 years, 3 of which were in the Head Office in France. She specializes in operational transformation projects with experience in Recruitment, Training, Talent Development, Performance Evaluation, Employer Value Proposition, Leadership Development and Workplace Climate and Culture.

She holds an undergraduate degree from the Department of Organization & Management of the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MBA from ALBA and is a certified coach.
