Λίλιαν Νεκταρίου

Lilian Nectariou has led the Coca-Cola Company in Greece, Cyprus and Malta since 2016, through the position of Franchise Country Manager. Within her role, she has successfully turned the company’s Greek business back into growth, through locally relevant “made in Greece – made for Greece innovations” supported by impactful marketing campaigns.

She has actively promoted the Company’s Sustainability agenda and World Without Waste Vision through a series of signature programs in Greece, Cyprus and Malta, including Global No1 Zero Waste Future Thessaloniki program.

Her career in Coca-Cola began in 2006, with a number of strategic positions focusing on commercial growth and business intelligence.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, she worked for British American Tobacco Hellas and Research International Hellas, being responsible for consumer research projects.

She holds a Degree in Communication & Cultural Studies from Panteion University with High Distinction and a MSc in Media & Communications from London School of Economics and Political Sciences, London. She has received scholarships from the Hellenic Scholarship Institute and the Onassis Foundation, as well as a Hilde Himmelweit Honor Award from LSE.
