Τίνα Πασσαλάρη

Tina Passalari is the Global Lead of ESG and sustainable strategies as dss+. She joined dss+ in July 2021 through the acquisition of KKS Advisors, where she was Partner since 2016.

Tina has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability and management consulting, including business performance, governance, risk and compliance services. Tina specializes in the integration of sustainability in corporate strategy and business models, having worked in advisory, assurance, business development, client relationship and project management roles throughout Europe, the Middle East and the USA. Furthermore, she has collaborated with policy makers, non-profit organizations and corporations from a wide range of different sectors and industries including energy, financial services, food and beverage, IT, infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, gaming, transportation, tobacco and textiles.

In the past, Tina worked as a Senior Manager in climate change and sustainability services at Ernst & Young in the United Arab Emirates, and at KPMG in Athens, where she led the climate change and sustainability, and enterprise risk management services. She also has experience as an independent sustainability and management advisor, setting up long-term relationships with large organizations in Greece, offering sustainability strategy, communication and reporting services.

Tina holds an MBA from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading; an MSc in Environmental Technology from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London; and a BSc in Geology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
