Βασίλης Πετίνης

Vasilis is the Managing Partner of RSM Greece SA, the Audit / Consulting arm of RSM in Greece. He is a member of the RSM Risk Management and the RSM Restructuring Centres of Excellence. He is member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece, the Economic Chamber of Greece and past member of Technical Chamber of Greece.

Vasilis started his professional career in London at British Telecom Group initially at BT Retail as part of their Regulatory and Pricing team and then Openreach as a finance manager. He then chose to enter the advisory sector as a consultant for Ovum Consulting, a leading London based international telecom consulting company and Kantor Management Consultants in Greece. He joined RSM in 2010.

Vasilis has participated in and led projects in management and financial consulting having worked in a wide range of international assignments, mainly throughout Europe and the Middle East. He has participated in a number of projects in the area of corporate finance, transaction support, audit and assurance, internal audit, financial restructuring etc.

He has extensive experience with companies of all sizes and sectors, ranging from large publicly listed, multi-national organisations and public sector clients through to owner-managed businesses. His broad experience comes from having served clients from various sectors including, telecommunications, retail, energy, banking and financial institutions, industrial goods, raw materials, food and beverage etc.

Vasilis has completed holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), an MBA specializing in Strategy and Finance from the University of Sheffield and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
